Hip Hop Affirmation of the Day#47

Ambassador’s Note
: I apologize for keeping you waiting for your affirmation. Just in case you didn’t know, I’m now a contributing writer for Ethnic Online Magazine (Ethniconline.net). It’s a quarterly magazine and deadlines for March are fast approaching. I’m not complaining :). I also had the opportunity to meet Byron Hurt, the independent film make who made, “Hip Hop: Beyond Beats and Rhymes.” He was at Bryant College in R.I. It was a little hike, but we had to RUN THE POINT. He has a copy of our book now. Thanks for the support.

“AT FIRST YOU DIDN’T KNOW US, BUT NOW IT’S LIKE, ‘YO PUT ME DOWN.’ WE DIDN’T GET IN THERE SO YOU COULD GET IN WITH US. YOU WASN’T DOWN WHEN WE WERE RIDING THE BUS, SO PUT ON YOUR ADIDAS AND STEP OFF.” ~ED OG and the Bulldogs (I got to have it)Listen: http://tinysong.com/rgHC

After presenting “7 Days of Hip Hop Affirmations to Change Your Life” at Boston College last night I decided to show a Boston emcee some love. I hope you’re listening Vic.

Affirmation of the Day: I can recognize a good thing and become part of the movement

Question of the Day
: What are opportunities you have let pass by in your life?

Run the Point; from where you are, with what you have!

I got you,
Ambassador Bruny
