With my new work commute, I find myself listening to a lot of podcast.

So what does one do with all the knowledge and information from the podcasts?  Share it with my people of course.

Here is one that I listened to that I thought was really dope.

The first half of the show covers diversity programs.  Around the 20 minute mark there is a very powerful thought that I’d love your thoughts on.

There is a piece about having an event with all diversity candidates in an industry that is predominantly white (I think advertising was the example they used) and based on relationships is not an industry event, it’s actually a diversity event and doesn’t move the needle.

Listen in and let know what you think.

I have a deep desire to help spread entrepreneurial thinking as the solutions to many of our problems today. I am a project kind of guy who loves to get things started. When I'm not in search of contract work (projects) that I can do during the nights and weekends I can be found working as a mild mannered Digital Content Manager for Babson Executive Education.
