A Networking Tip to help you take advantage of traveling and connecting with your network. It’s as simple as filtering your contacts by city or region so you can take a quick look at who you can connect with while you are in a particular location.
If you don’t have time to connect with them, at least give them a shout to say, “I was in your city, thought of you, but won’t be able to connect this time.” A short message can go a long way. As they say, it’s the thought that counts.
Speaking of networking, keep an eye out for my networking package that will be focusing on how to Run the Point when it comes to networking at conferences, summits and local events.
