Affirmation of the Day: I belong to several categories because I am so multi-talented
This lyric really spoke to me, especially when I look at what I have created and continue to create with hip hop affirmations.com; the combination of using hip hop as a form of professional and personal development. Some folks want me to be in one category or the other, but I refuse! I am what I am and that’s all that I am. Funny thing is I’ve been the same way since college. I could hang out and chose to hang out with all the different crowds. I did not just belong to one. The pay off, I was exposed to some really cool people and ideas. Start mixing it up people.

Action of the Day: Embrace the diversity of interest that you have and find a way to make them work together.
