Affirmation of the Day: My purpose is to be purposeful
Thanks to John Southee aka J.Benjamin for putting me on to Wale’s new mixtape. It’s been nothing but fire so far. The act of sharing, just like J.Benjamin did, is what this whole thing is about. Collaborating and taking people from where they are to where they want to be is what I do. I continue to feel the fire of teamwork as I have expanded my network to include several people in the Netherlands. During our workshop (Lady Karen and I) created the opportunity on the spot for our participants to learn and grow from each other. Sure we served as their leader, but that does not mean we negate the power that is already in the room. We had an opportunity to take what folks thought they could not do or what they would not do and transformed it to what they will do, thanks to good old fashion collaboration. Get yours on! Let me know when you are ready and we’ll bring “All Aboard!
