Recently I was asked, “What do you do?” I shared how I assist young professionals who have been working for a couple of years and are starting to ask themselves questions like, “Why am I doing what I do?” I explained how I help young professionals align what they do for a living, with who they are, through my program, “Your Essence.” I revealed how I found myself at a job that I just did not understand the true meaning of, so I decided to leave.
