Affirmation of the Day: I am what I set out to be
A statement like the one above is a pretty powerful one. What gives you the guts to say it or better yet, what gives you the guts to be so sure? For me it’s about faith. I have struggled with faith and how it works until one of my mentors broke it down for me this way:
“Faith is confidence in God. It’s asking for what you want and working like crazy knowing that what you want is on the way to you.” If you don’t believe or you don’t put in the work, don’t expect it to happen.
