Abe is doing what he thinks he is supposed to do, what his parents always encouraged him to do, “Be a go getter.”
This fast tracker needs to slow down now so he gets a clear sense of who he is and what ladder he really wants to climb. He can learn to ask those questions now or he can wait until he gets to the top of the ladder only to find out it wasn’t the one he wanted to climb.
