You decided to build an employee brand ambassador program (employee advocacy).  Most likely you researched and found the employees who are already active on social and who have shared positive sentiments about your company / brand.

1. What makes it easy for you to love us?
2. What makes it difficult for you to love us?

Do more of the former and less of the latter.
