This is not based on a true story; it is a true story.  In this video I breakdown how staying connected with someone I met landed me a job several months later.  You may think i’m lucky, but if you pay close attention you will see that I followed a S.I.T  (Stay In Touch) plan.  You can do the same for your buisness and your career.

This video is from my visit to the NE Job Show.

As Always my goal is to help you Run the Point (Take Action) from where you are, with what you have.

I have a deep desire to help spread entrepreneurial thinking as the solutions to many of our problems today. I am a project kind of guy who loves to get things started. When I'm not in search of contract work (projects) that I can do during the nights and weekends I can be found working as a mild mannered Digital Content Manager for Babson Executive Education.

What do ya think?

    • Good story. Too many people lose touch with people they worked with or went to school with and the reality is today that staying connected is a powerful way of ensuring you have more options when you need them most.

Thanks Mike. One cool thing everyone could do is use a platform like Mailchimp and send up monthly or quarterly updates to people they have met throughout their career. It’s a good way to keep relationships alive and find out what others are up to as well.
