Evernote is great for capturing notes as text, photo and voice. It's also a great way to capture contact information for the people who would like to meet when at the conference. I can't say enough good things about Evernote.
Google Drive is a great tool for capturing notes, creating documents and collaborating real time with someone you connect with before your conference.
